How to use

Suggested use

Take one serving daily. Add 1 tsp to 4-6 ounces of hot water at around 175°F (79°C), mixing thoroughly; or prepare it cold, mixing and/or shaking well. Blend with shakes or smoothies. Sprinkle over yogurt or oatmeal. Bake in your favorite recipes.

Note: 2 grams per tsp is an average. Individual may yield less or more than scooping technique 2 grams.
